Our story began over a hundred years ago by my great grandfather Sydney Green, in the same Heskin village shop you can find us today.  Now into our fourth generation, our family butcher mentality means that you get the personal touch and outstanding customer service.  Helping us to educate our customers to discover the best locally sourced meat.

We source the best local produce using the traditional method of dry ageing our beef to guarantee you quality and taste.  Along with our pork, lamb and poultry, it gives us our earned reputation of product and service excellence.
